Remove eggs from the molds, then store them in the fridge until ready to serve. You can also buy vanilla sugar from the store. The vanilla beans are put into a sugar container and left to infuse over several weeks. Vanilla sugar is like the dry form of vanilla syrup. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until fully set. To substitute, use two teaspoons of vanilla liqueur for each teaspoon of vanilla extract in the recipe. Make the yellow portion of the crème filling by stirring a pinch of ground turmeric into the centers of the white portion.įinish the treats by cooling them to nearly room temperature, then pressing the molds together while they are just a tad bit soft, nut mostly set. Pour this in the centers of the chocolate sections.
